Fish Individual-based Numerical Simulator (FINS )
FINS is a computer program for simulating the movement of juvenile salmonids (smolts) during their annual outmigration from the Columbia River and Snake River basins to the Pacific Ocean. FINS is one of the Columbia Basin Modeling tools developed by PNNL.
